Missions

Many Mormons serve full-time missions (ranging from 18 months to 2 years) for our church in order to share the gospel with those who want to hear about it. This is primarily what I’ll be doing in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala–knocking on doors, asking if I can share a message about Christ. Eleven hours a day, six days a week. Really. I’m not joking here.

I know that missions sound kind of crazy, but this knowledge of the truth has impacted my life so much that I want others to hear about it. I am so much happier for being a member of this Church and for having all of the opportunities it presents to me to learn of Christ and to serve others.

If you want to know more, Wikipedia actually has some pretty good information. As always, if you have any questions at all, please contact the missionaries or write me!
